KAMI STATIONARY
Kami is a stationary brand that required a logo and social media templates, plus any creative extras! I had a lot of fun with this project because writing and staying organized are two things that are important to me personally, and buying products that allow me to do both is always so exciting!
DESIGN INSPIRATION:
Since working on this brief I learned that Kami are divine beings in the Shinto religion and other indigenous religions to Japan. It is also a Japanese word that translates to both "god" and "paper" in English. These translations are where I got most of my inspiration, hence the halo or sun beam details that are consistent throughout this page. You will also see this theme in the logo itself with motifs usually seen in religious artwork.
